We recommend our annual Rookieprojekt from May til September, if you are an absolute beginner.
Key facts:
The training is 100% adjusted to beginners.
There are guided training sessions with other beginners in one group. Everybody has one fixed common target (the Carglass Köln Triathlon in Cologne). Your club membership is for a limited time.
Even as a rookie you profit from numerous partner concessions.
